An experiment in writing museum interpretive blurbs for work that doesn’t exist

Reese-Martin’s work explores the ontological and epistemological divide between the mundane and the sublime. This is evidenced by the use of  common household and recyclable objects, and technology in contrast with the titles which reference mythological and psychoanalytic concepts, thereby highlighting the ancient explanatory structures which persist in contemporary culture and thought.
